Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within United Kingdom.
All orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Earrings and custom/personalized jewellery (e.g., engraved or made-to-order pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene and personalization.
To start a return, please contact us at support@majesticmuse.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@majesticmuse.co.uk with photos and order details. We'll make it right as quickly as possible - either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
