1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all over UK for free. 

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or external factors beyond our control.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within United Kingdom.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


 


5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@majesticmuse.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

PO Boxes (for express shipping)

Certain restricted countries or regions (due to carrier limitations or regulations)
