Refund policy
We want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved making it. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Earrings and custom/personalized jewellery (e.g., engraved or made-to-order pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene and personalization.
To start a return, please contact us at support@majesticmuse.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@majesticmuse.co.uk with photos and order details. We'll make it right as quickly as possible - either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
